Aimee's Bakin' is a fully licensed & insured residential baking business located in Somerset, MA. (We do not currently have a retail, walk-in bakery, and all orders are custom baked to order, by appointment only.) Owned and operated by Pastry Chef Aimee Wilding, and her husband Zack, it is our mission to provide you with beautiful desserts that not only look great, but taste exceptional. We will work with you personally to customize and create the cakes & desserts you envision for your special occasions. With a creative passion for food and presentation, we created Aimee’s Bakin’ on a foundation of high quality standards. All cakes and desserts are homemade, from-scratch recipes with quality ingredients, and local sources when available.
My proudest career experiences include graduating from JWU with a B.S. in Baking & Pastry Arts and an MBA, studying French pastry abroad in Europe, working at the amazing Pastiche Fine Desserts in Providence, RI, and of course, creating Aimee's Bakin'. Additionally, I have extensive training in gluten-free and vegan desserts. I am proud to share with you a wide variety of handcrafted, quality-made desserts all carefully executed with detail and consistency in mind.
